Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli accused of paying a USA $500,000 bribe to have their two daughters - the youngest being YouTube star and social media influencer Olivia Jade Giannulli- labelled as rowers to get into the University of Southern California.

According to a federal indictment, Loughlin and her husband allegedly paid $500,000 to secure their daughters' entry into the college.

Loughlin's daughter-born Olivia Giannulli-has numerous other partnerships with companies like Amazon, Dolce & Gabbana, Lulus and Marc Jacobs Beauty; however, not all companies have issued a public statement regarding recent developments.

It also appears that the scandal is particularly hitting Olivia the hardest, as the 19-year-old "is a mess, despondent, and feeling like it's the end of the world".

It is now unknown whether or not Olivia will be expelled from University of Southern California, where she is now enrolled.

Again, the criminal allegations aren't falling on Giannulli, and she should't be blamed for the fact that she's not in love with college, but it certainly begs the question as to why Loughlin went to such great lengths to allegedly get her daughter into a school that she could care less about.

Giannulli allegedly wrote in an email to the scam's ringleader William Singer: "I have some concerns and want to fully understand the game plan and make sure we have a roadmap for success as it relates to (our daughter) and getting her into a school other than ASU!" After receiving criticism from her followers, Olivia later posted a story saying she was sorry for her comments, and that she was really grateful to be attending school. "This is our format, this is what we do, '" Loughlin said in an interview a year ago with The Associated Press about the Christmas movies.

The report said a total of 50 people were charged in the investigation, including SAT/ACT administrators, one exam proctor, nine coaches at elite schools, one college administrator and 33 parents.
