The Redskins, Bills, Bengals, Cardinals and Dolphins - all 100-1 at Westgate - are now the only teams that are bigger longshots to win Super Bowl 54 than the New York Giants.

The Browns are reportedly "feeling good about their chances" of signing All-Pro safety Earl Thomas, the prize of free agency, according to a report from Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.

The Giants were in need of a playmaking safety after star defensive back Landon Collins selected the Washington Redskins in a six year, $84 million deal.

After Cleveland locked up that deal, Tampa Bay was able to convince Browns receiver Breshad Perriman to agree to a one-year, $4-million contract.

Odell Beckham Jr. isn't sure what to think about the trade that sent him to the Cleveland Browns. "We have a young, talented team". But Beckham was a player loved in the locker room and with an unquestioned work ethic. They get their franchise quarterback and one of the top talents of the draft.

And just like that, a transcendent player is gone before ever winning a playoff game with the team that drafted him No. 12 overall five years ago. But to see these two trades go down within just a few days really stings. Cleveland is his fifth stop, and he's played for multiple teams in four of the last five seasons.

But it sure does seem like he would have been better off, at least from the perspective of earning the most amount of money as early as possible, taking the contract the Steelers offered him. Since then, Beckham ranks third in the National Football League in targets per game (10.5), third in receiving touchdowns (44), fourth in receptions per game (6.6), and third in receiving yards per game (92.8). After missing 12 games in 2017 with an ankle injury, Beckham rebounded with 77 catches for 1,052 yards and six touchdowns previous year, despite his well-documented complaints about Manning and the offense.
