Premium flagships such as Galaxy S10s' and Huawei Mate 20 Pro have taken a step ahead and are offering reverse wireless charging capabilities as well. Sadly, it won't be the OnePlus 7. Come on guys, even Apple is on the wireless charging bandwagon now! And it must be popular with consumers, including OnePlus device buyers, if it keeps coming up every time a new phone launches.

THE UPCOMING OnePlus 7 won't offer wireless charging support, the company's CEO Pete Las has confirmed in an interview with CNET.

Though OnePlus strongly believes on Dash or Warp charge, the company is also working on more quicker wireless charging technology compared to what we have now in the market. While both phones are sitting inside cases that hide most of their bodies, the leak reveals that, unlike its predecessor, the OnePlus 7 features no notch and an all-screen design.

Elon Musk goes on attack in Twittersphere
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has until March 11 to explain to a federal judge in NY why he shouldn't be held in contempt of court. Musk's removal (perhaps subject to yet another settlement), we believe the shares may approach the mid-$200 levels".

Since OnePlus and Qualcomm share a strong bond, CNET's query on whether OnePlus plans to bring the chipset maker's quick wireless charging technology into its phones wasn't answered.

Wireless charging is not about speed, it's about convenience. It's expected that OnePlus needs to cut some corners in order to keep costs down, but the lack of wireless charging support for yet another year in a row is getting a bit long in the tooth at this point. It has apparently been experimenting with fast wireless charging, but hasn't yet worked out a method that doesn't involve overheating.

In other words, it looks like it'll be another year without wireless charging on a OnePlus phone. Or you put it on your wireless charging bedside table when you go to bed, and when you wake up, it's full.
