Leeds winger Jack Clarke has been taken to hospital after falling ill during Saturday's 1-1 draw against Middlesbrough.
Play was then halted towards the end of the game as paramedics responded to a situation on the Leeds bench and Clarke was then taken down the tunnel on a stretcher.
Clarke, who had been substituted at half-time, was released from hospital on Teesside on Saturday evening, and will miss training this week in order to convalesce from a complaint as yet unspecified by the Championship club. We don't really know the reasons yet.
In a statement issued just after the match, Leeds United said: "Jack Clarke began to feel unwell during the second half of our Sky Bet Championship fixture with Middlesbrough and received medical attention". "All our thoughts go to the lad Clarke".
