The initiative launched in over 370 schools in the United Kingdom will help hundreds of children use a variety of techniques like breathing exercises and relation techniques to regulate their emotions and handle daily stress better.

Catherine sat in on two lessons at the school and watched the students take part in the Daily Mile challenge, which encourages kids to be active. To say she looked fantastic would be an understatement.

"Lots of kids at schools don't have access to mental health services", said Debbie Brinson, executive director of the SCHA-MI. The visit is in support of Children's Mental Health Week, which is run by one of her charities, Place2Be.

Led by the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families in partnership with University College London, the school study is now in its second wave and recruiting more primary and secondary schools to join.

Kate also met with Andria Zafirakou, the first United Kingdom teacher to ever be awarded the Varkey Foundation Global Teacher Prize, and attended a roundtable discussion with teachers and educators about how they help students' mental health and wellbeing.
