Rami Malek has officially addressed that "very awkward" Golden Globes moment with Nicole Kidman. Rami Malek had gone on stage when the film received the Best Motion Picture (Drama), and naturally, the actor thought a quick onstage greeting with Nicole Kidman, who was presenting the award, wouldn't be a problem.

The 37-year-old was shown the viral clip during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday night and he found the amusing side of their awkward encounter.

"I got up there, and I was in such a daze I don't even know how I put together a collection of words that sounded coherent", Malek recalled, adding that hearing his flim announced as the victor for Best Picture "sent me into even more shock". Now, in the wake of the movie's big win Sunday night at the Golden Globes, Rod has taken to social media to give it a thumbs-up.

"We are delighted to give audiences the opportunity to see this outstanding Golden Globe-winning film, featuring Rami Malek's wonderful Golden Globe-winning performance in theatres all over the USA and Canada in both its original form and in a never-before-experienced singalong version", he said.

Chance the Rapper Says Working With R. Kelly Was a "Mistake"
Smith giggled while telling the story as if he showed little or no remorse. "I don't think I was prepared for his sadism". The DA has not commented. "It was incredibly hard to get people who had collaborated with Kelly to come forward".

Still blissfully unaware of just how viral he'd gone, Malek said: "I have a feeling this is haunting me on the internet right now".

The actor said if not for Kidman, her husband Keith Urban showered praise on him for his gutsy portrayal of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury in the film.

"I love you, you lovely man".

This time around, Queen fans can don their fake moustaches in singalong screenings of the Freddie Mercury biopic at Leeds The Light and Kirkstall Road from Friday, January 11.
