Arsenal considering swap deal approach with Juventus for Mehdi Benatia

Juventus have rejected Arsenal's proposal of a swap deal which would have seen midfielder Aaron Ramsey move to the Serie A side this January and Mehdi Benatia join the Gunners.

The deal has been reported by Italy's largerst commercial broadcaster Mediaset who say Ramsey would sign a pre-contract agreement with Juve this month with a view to joining when his Arsenal contract expires in June 'and then moving to Turin in the summer'.

He could only allow Aaron Ramsey to leave this month, only if he get Moroccan Juventus defender in return.

"I don't know what is the situation", Emery said.

Solskjaer does not believe Manchester United will sign players in January
They have a process to look for the next manager but the more you're here the more you enjoy it. With that in mind, here is how we think Man United will line up against the Championship side.

Flu season now in full effect
On its website it says: "Seasonal influenza vaccine must be changed each year as the viruses naturally change over time". During the previous flu season, 185 pediatric flu patients died, which is the highest the agency has ever recorded.

He brought up the 100 partnership with Pujara, of which the latter contributed just 25, with a straight six. Keeping Pujuara company for most of the first half of the day was Test rookie Mayank Agarwal.

Interestingly, the report claims that German global Sami Khedira could move the other way and arrive in north London at the end of the season; creating something of a midfield swap deal. Arsenal were apparently unwilling to let him leave united the end of the season, with Emery preferring to have the player available for selection at the club rather than receive a miserly transfer fee for a player with six months left on his deal.

Juve could well turn down that proposal as they still see the Moroccan worldwide as a useful squad player, but it does appear to be a given that Ramsey will be heading to Turin and become the club's third highest-paid player after Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala.

"Will Ramsey play with us after July?" The former England midfielder had come to the end of the road after too many injuries and missed opportunities at the Emirates, but Ramsey is a player who still has plenty to offer.

Arsenal could certainly do with some defensive reinforcements, having looked like a shambles at the back at times this season.
