Don’t worry, that big change to Instagram wasn’t permanent


If you missed it, Instagram briefly changed for some users and gave them a horizontal feed to look at photos, as opposed to previously having a vertical feed. AKA Instgram is now Tinder. Users were also not given a choice to avoid the new interface as an app update wasn't required to see the timeline change.

The app's development team must have heard us all, because they've reportedly changed the app back to its old format already!

Many Instagram users woke up to a drastically different layout for the app Thursday - and weren't too happy about it.

Popular photo sharing website Instagram accidentally changed how scrolling through posts works on its mobile app, and some people are extremely upset. Users then need to find the version of the app they do want on their device, they can likely find it on APK Mirror and install it from there.
