Open enrollment for the 2019 plan year begins November 1 and ends December 15, 2018, for Missourians who plan to purchase private health coverage.
Open enrollment is underway for New York's state health care marketplace.
The Department of Health and Human Services said five companies will offer 18 qualified health insurance plans in Arizona for next year, with premiums on average expected to be 10 percent lower than this year.

There will be more direct enrollment options. Another big change for this enrollment period is the drastic cut in funding for the insurance counselors known as navigators, both in Georgia and nationally.
So if you find a plan that has a low monthly premium but a $7,600 deductible, it means you have to pay $7,600 out of pocket for your doctor visits and drugs before your bills are covered by your insurance.
"[People] may be pushing it to last minute, and it's not good because we have fewer navigators this year", said Ray.
And in a change that takes effect January 1, those who decide to opt out of health insurance won't be penalized come tax time. But the law expanded Medicaid eligibility and included tax rebates for lower-income individuals to make coverage affordable.
First, officials issued guidance on a new approach that makes it easier for states to get around some ACA requirements, including allowing the use of federal subsidies for skimpier plans that can reject people with pre-existing conditions.
This is also the first open-enrollment period under a Trump-administration change expanding access to cheaper plans that don't cover the panoply of benefits mandated by the ACA. The sign-up period comes months after a U.S. Census report showed Texas still has the largest percentage of uninsured residents in the country at 17.3 percent, almost twice the national rate. Last year, 85 percent of people in ME with marketplace plans qualified.
Open enrollment began Thursday through the Affordable Care Act, which covers more than 100,000 Louisiana residents. Florida Blue is the only insurer that's offering plans in all 67 counties.
Apache and Navajo counties also had the highest uninsured rates in Arizona in 2017, at 24.7 percent and 13.5 percent respectively, according to the Census.
The New York State of Health website has phone numbers and online chat assistance for people looking for help.
"People don't have to be experts".
"It certainly will impact people who are less connected and who don't have the resources to research their choices, " he said.
Enrollment centers will be available on weekdays in West Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, New Britain, Stamford, Milford and Waterbury, among others.
"Those plans do not have to offer the 10 essential benefits the ACA offers", she said.
One thing to keep in mind is that even though Congress weakened the individual mandate penalty, Obamacare is "still it is still the law of the land, it is still this huge umbrella-health legislation", Reddy said.
