Michael Jordan throws his support behind LeBron James after Trump jibe

Trump's freakish tweet labeled CNN's Dom Lemon as the "dumbest man on television" after his interview with LeBron James in a freaky tweet that ended, 'I like Mike!' Air Jordan relayed his statement to NBC news in response to receiving unwanted attention from the President at the tail end of his Tweet: "He made Lebron look smart, which isn't easy to do".

The LeBron James-Michael Jordan debate has officially reached the Oval Office, though President Donald Trump doesn't seem to be making his choice based on basketball reasons.

During the sit-down, James spoke of sports as something that unites people, and added that the President was "using sports to kinda divide us".

When asked what he would say to Trump if they were to sit face-to-face, James said, "I would never sit across from him".

James' tweet is especially relevant because the CNN interview Trump was referencing when he disparaged James and Lemon was specifically about LeBron's new school.

'When you're part of sports, it brings so much camaraderie and so much fun.
