The Reds could recoup as much as £70 million ($78m) from player sales over the next fortnight, with as many as seven first-teamers facing uncertain futures.

Valencia among other clubs have recently shown an interest in the forward and Liverpool are ready to sell the player who has failed to live up to the expectations at Anfield.

Liverpool found very busy in the transfer window from the start as adding depth in midfield and reliability in the backline were on the cards for Jurgen Klopp.

"Also Liverpool too - they bought really good players".

"He's got the skills and the personality to become a world-class goalkeeper, and he is also young and in good shape". Their attacking trident is already decided after a breathtaking season.

"It's not the price we wanted to pay, it's the price the market demanded, we aren't thinking about him being the most expensive goalkeeper, that's a story outside the club".

Danny Ings, Marko Grujic, Sheyi Ojo, Lazar Markovic and Pedro Chirivella are all likely to be on the list of departing players.

While some of the money could be redistributed for transfers, the majority of it will probably be used to cover the huge money they've spent this season.
