Neymar injured in practice, expected back in training

Neymar left Brazil training on Tuesday after just 15 minutes with a right ankle injury that the team doctor said is related to a foul he suffered against Switzerland and not his recently broken right foot.

Brazil continued the trend of tournament favourites underperforming as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Switzerland in their FIFAWorld Cup 2018 Group E opener in Rostov.

The Selecao's star man suffered a back injury in the 2014 World Cup quarter-finals that ruled him out of Brazil's 7-1 drubbing at the hands of Germany in the last-four.

Accompanied by a physio, Neymar couldn't keep up with the pace of his teammates and so had to abandon training early.

Whether Neymar will feature in those games remains to be seen.

On Tuesday, the world's most expensive player hobbled out of a session in full view of the cameras, complaining of a problem with his right ankle.

Transgenderism no longer a mental illness
The AP notes that The American Psychiatric Association still does not label Gaming Disorder as a mental health condition. WHO's Saxena, however, estimated that two to three percent of gamers might be affected.

"Neymar was a complete disaster", he said (via Marca)."He did not have an acceptable game and should have been substituted".

"Neymar is one of the best players in the world.

Neymar trained a little, felt the pain, returned to physical therapy and tomorrow trains normally".

The 26-year-old was the most fouled player when the south American side faced Switzerland in their opening group game. "Lots of fans think that because we are Brazil we are going to win easily and score lots of goals".

If Neymar is able to play in Brazil's next game against Costa Rica, he'll be expected to lead his team to victory after its disappointing first result.
