Millie Bobby Brown skipping MTV Movie Awards after 'milestone' injury

The 14-year old actress took right to social media to assure everyone that she is okay, but also announced that she will have to miss the MTV Movie and TV Awards, which airs on Monday. "I've never actually broken a bone ... except for now", she said in the video.

And that's before we even get to the likes of the casts of 13 Reasons Why, Riverdale, Glow, IT and Stranger Things - all of who turned up looking super slick.

Referring to the injury as "a milestone" in her life, Brown showed her knee brace in the post, but didn't disclose how it happened.

Check out our favorites from the 2018 MTV Movie and TV Awards below, and see it all for yourself.
